Divers & Friends,
I captured these two amourous spanish shawl nudibranchs off of Palos Verdes, California on the Westerly five of 9/18/99 with my video camera.

Courting slug. Notice it's sex organs bulging out of it's right front side. They have both sexes. "I'll do you if you'll do me." In their 'flacid' state that area is as smooth as the rest of the nudibranch.

Almost a menage-a-trois,
something must have
been in the water that day!

Preparing for penetration. Their version of a penis is on the front of the sex organ, the vagina is at the behind it.

"The Eagle has landed!!" Nothing else
can be said. Afterwards, part of each
nudibranch wanted to cuddle up, and
the other part wanted to open
a beer and watch TV.
